hello AOA brothers
I needed advice on where to spend 50 60 lacs as a good investment some dealer offered me a plot in phase 7 y block 1k for 50 lacs plus developmental charges of 15 lac so tatal cost of 65 lacs is this a good deal or is it better to buy a dha phase 9 file for 38lacs and invest the other on something else any advice will be greatly appreciated!!!
