fairness of dha 9 balloting,

Dear forum members please share ur views about dha 9 balloting fairness as i came to know by one of my friends that major and prime locations of this phase would be alloted to army officers and the common file holders would get plot mostly near boundries and sub standard locations.please friends no offense as my knowledge about this phase 9 is very poor but as a stake holder i am highly concernd as i bought a kanal file with my hard earned money.my friend could be wrong thats why i need ur input on this matter i do not want to offend any one but please this is very imortant for me. And u guys are always helped the people like me thanksI

I know one person, he is not an army person but he has best location plots in DHA 6 and DHA 8. I hope you understand.

I am also Civilian and have invested in phase 8 and in ballot got very good location plot,And also have invested in phase 9.I think DHA is best Society than any other private/public sector

You are 100% correct, the balloting is only formalities. Good plots are already assigned within army and there closed friends. Mr civilian & Ammar are not a civilian may be paid worker of DHA?

Bro Nagi, kindly do not spread bad news without strong proof. I also have files of DHA 9 and I am not an army man. Bro Mubashir, please have faith on Allah.

plots will be in catogeries A,B,C,D and E,F the cat A is for army B for retd army c for govt employees D for handicaps and E for civilians f is or overseas it is a set pattern Cat A are always in same block usually in the same sector which is definately the best sector u are right dear check ph-7 plots around golf course who owns them dear

This is obvious that DHA will prefer Army officer/employee to give them best location plots as DHA has all records of File holders if Army or civilian so they will definitely prefer Army ex/current officer for best location and few left over will be given to civilians.

Please correct me if this is not the case.

In the initial map of X block DHA 8 I had got my plot on back of main road. About three months after balloting, they changed my plot location and placed it in front of water works near the village. It makes me think that DHA is not a fair society generally for the civilians and specifically for the expats.

In General we as a whole nation lacks concept of merit, and justice, If it is Me as a army officer and I get good plot I am happy and I forget that this is not justice, but when I loose any good chance because of favourism, I complain, actually favourism is not correct it is merit which gives equal chances to all.
Now I bought a good location plot from major general, and same guy sold another good location plot through my dealer. So what you say. I think DHA also has favourism as in all over Pakistan but it is bit less.

About 5 years ago I had a Park view file. In the first ballot my file did not get picked. Those who got picked up in the ballot saw an overnight gain of around 6 to 8 lacs. The leftover file holders were told that DHA does not foresee at the moment where these files will be alloted space as there is no more space left in the Park View society. Yes I was unlucky. I have no reasons to believe that the balloting was rigged. But I kept wondering why as a direct stake holder I was not told about the balloting process on how the files get picked up?

in phase 7 balloting i got a plot near pangali village, after thinking i should change my location as i have enough money to get two plots more, i visited dealers for good location plot, found there were 7 plots which dealer suggested me all of them belonged to army officials.

@Onlooker, i got a plot in firt balloting and I am not army man. It was pretty strange and surprised me a lot. Next day I asked if DHA can handover the plot. Within few weeks I was ready to construct my dream home.
