I understand all of u must be busy in file transfer and meeting with clients. but I will appreciate if you could spare some time and evaluate plot in phase 6 d near 421 and advise do this plot have potential to cross 130 barrier before Jul 2013.
This is my third request hence response will be appreciated.

The current market value of Near D 421 is around 97 to 100 Lacs.YOu do have to wait for 2 years for 130 lacs depending on the situation of the market at that time.
