You are already have membership of DHA, you got it while getting DHA file.

Dear Sir,
It is your liability, either pay now or in future, your file will be in ballot. NO need to worry about it.

yes this is very valid question, especially those who have purchased dha 9 files on affidavit i.e only paid Rs.6500/ fee to dha. are these also become part of balloting or eligible for ballot by paying dha membership fee around 38 k of 10 marla.
