Please can someone guide be and advise me, how much budget shall I have to construct 8 marla commercial plaza in dha phase 6. total 7 floors, Basement+Grd+5 floors.

total area, multiply by 1500/sqft.. since finishing is standard to simple. |

I have done construction of my plaza in 2011 for same price 1500rs/sqfeet with finishing. this is a good estimate. total area of one floor is 1800sq foot x 7 floors=12600 sq foot. |

Is the rate for basement same or a bit higher.
