DHA Membership,

I am a oversees Pakistani. I bought DHA-9 file couple of years ago. How can i find that whether i have DHA membership or not? What is the procedure to get membership while staying abroad? Kindly share any consequences.

when you purchased a file and transfer it to your name, then membership fee and all other expense you have already paid without membership fee you can not purchase a file....

Dear Maroof,
I got a file and I was also asked by Property Dealer to fill a form and get membership. I have file allotment letter but DHA membership form remains with me empty. As LRE has mentioned below, allotment letter is enough to get in balloting, I will postpone membership for lack of money. But it is not true that membership is automatic.

For member ship you can always pay your membership at later stage there is no problem.so don't worry about it dha is not going to give you possession of your plot with out depositing membership fee.leave the worry n enjoy the ride.this file can go up to 45k .good luck

Please suggest if it is possible to get the DHA membership done through mail or through an agent in Lahore.

What documents LRE needs to buy me a 1 Kanal file in Phase 9.

YOUR ID, ONE PASSPORT SIZE PIC, SCAN AND EMAIL TO LRE,,, OFFCOURSE MONEY AS WELLL.. .THATS ITTT
