There is a strong rumour in military circles that balloting for Phase-9 is being held on 30 April.

I do not have authentic new but have gut feeling. DHA-9 balloting can be an time & / or as close as 30th April 2013

I BOUGHT 10 MARLAS FILE IN DHA PHASE 9 AND INSHALLAH WILL BE TRANSFERED TO MY NAME ON MONDAY 15 APRIL, I HOPE AFTER TRANSFER MY FILE, BALLOTING CAN BE DONE ANY TIME BUT NOT BEFORE 15 APRIL....
