Kindly let me know about the prevailing price of 38 and a half Marla plot No F-103 DHA EME SECTOR Lahore and possible future price trend. What is your advise about holding this plot, keeping in view the non construction charges of around 60,000/= for 2013 and these will approximately doubled for 2014. Thanks in advance
