Please compare Phase 8 with Phase 9. Which one has a better location? Where investment can yield more in 3 years time?

From the location perspective Phase-8 is better. However, from the yield perspective Phase-9 is better. The reason is phase-8 has gained significantly in past months while after ballot phase-9 will continue to rise for some time. I will say wait for phase-9 ballot and then you will certainly have plenty of choices available to invest in phase-9. |
