Dear Experts,What is the future of CHINAR BAGH?
As this scheme is not approved by the LDA and people have made houses and shops there.so what will the reaction of LDA,will they demolish it or some other opetions ?? Please discuss...

yes, Mazhar is right. I had a 2K plot in Chinar Bagh for almost 15 years and no real gains. Very poorly managed society with no real development plans. Moved the same money to DHA, and got immediate benefits. All the best for your move. Regards, |

Dear Sir,
Chinar Bagh society is a one man show that is why its very slow, secondly there are lot of doubts in its sale purchase, only very few plots being rotated by some property dealers otherwise no much interest of people being far away from Thokar. Still you can buy a Kanal plot from 12 lac to 16 lac Rs. Yes there are some houses but it will be better to go for Bahria Orchard much better developed society. |
