Kia koe ALLAH ka banda LDA Avenue-I ke barai men sachi haqeeqat bata sakta ha k ham kb tak yehan ghar bana sakte hen.2003 se plot le kr zaleel o khawar ho rehai hen. Kia mojouda Nigran Hakoomat (Najam Sethi sahib) bhi LDA Avenue-I k leai kuch nahee kar saktai.

Please address litigation cases. the allottees are far too old that they might not even see their plots on ground or take benefit for fulfilling their pressing social obligations before their death. LDA please have pitty. |

Are u not aware about the decision of the supreme Court about LDA. Malik Tariq the petitioner has informed me that the possession is going to be delivered by the end of this year. Is it not good news? |

When do we think to build home here in LDA. Any clue or advise to sale or to retain plot (but for how long) ..... kindly inform the current status as i am working abroad cannot visit lda site. |

i have purchased one plot of 10 Marla in Islamic research society having litigation with LAD, what will be happened if LDA aquwired this area while Islamic research society is built before starting of LDA 1 any body can tell me the worst case of Islamic research society |

Zurana and all others, cabling work in block H & F is completed. steet lights are also installed. underground cabling for street lights is in process. road patches are completed. however speedy work on road is being done on 150' road near EME. this was the update of yesterday. |

I would suggest all friends whose plots are located in the under litigation area that they should file claim before the Consumer Court like me, otherwise they will have to wait endlessly. |
