Omil, I can only advise... have faith in Allah.
I will try to state my own example to help you understand the greatness of Allah and limitations of his humble creature.
In 1999, i was one of very few lucky Pakistanis, who had a very good job in Pakistan. My company had given me car and petrol and salary and foreign trips.
Only problem was that Pakistani currency was depreciating very fast and with rising inflation salary started to loose its charm.
Meanwhile, i was offered a job in Saudi Arabia with triple salary. I accepted the offer, mainly due to having the opportunity to earn foreign currency, instead of local currency which was close to become toilet paper. being a professional, i also knew Pakistan is close to bankruptcy and in the same time India brought its army to the border of Lahore.
in short, i calculated a lot and decided to leave Pakistan. After 6 months of my departure, govt. changed and Pakistan recovered from economic nose dive to sky shoot.
Pakistani currency recovered from 80/$ to even 45/$ now i actually started to loose despite earning abroad. I was very upset of leaving my job in Pakistan. I had no choice but to continue but i started converting my foreign currency to Pakistan currency to earn from strengthening PKR. I invested a lot in Pakistan property (especially with urban developers fraudsters) i started to loose and at one point i lost every thing i invested. It was frustrating but than came democratic govt. and free judiciary and Pakistan started to loose and currency went back beyond the mark of 80 in 4-5 years time.
Now, i thank Allah that my kids are safe and are away from the new culture of Pakistan... where children grow watching Indian movies and cartoons and have no Islamic values learned.
Later, i shifted to EU and there is no Islamic education in school but they learn Islam from a Turkish teacher and i'm happy to see them learning the values of Islam, which Pakistani kids have no clue about.
In Pakistan, teaching Islamiyat has become crime and watching cartoons of monkey god is permitted.
By no means Pakistan, is a society where a children of faithful people shall grow freely.
Pakistani children build there character more from cable tv rather than guidance from parents or religion.
Please, keep your children away from cable tv society.

first of all its not a property related discussion. you cannot blame your personal failures to our nation. you decided to left country. country did not through you out. and furthermore business is always a risky business sometimes you loose and sometime you win. i am in KSA but i am keeping my family in Pakistan. and believe me they are more happy in Pakistan then KSA. its not country's fault. please don't blame the country My. Pakistan is My. Country. BAD OR GOOD but still my country. |

In my humble opinion, I do not think any Pakistani can abuse or think the country in a bad way. When we blame Pak, we mean the worst system and the corrupt and dishonest ruler who we select for our well-being. No one blame our beautiful and beloved father land. If some of us had bad experience, they should rethink and replan; Allah can show the right path, but only to those struggle for it. Thinking in a positive way can resolve many of the problems. |

Siddique. I agree with you, man makes decisions he thinks are the right but Allah brings results in line with his own way. Thats the reality and we like it or not we live with that. For future investments Expats should invest only in DHA, until proven corrupt. best of luck keep doing your best and leave the rest to Allah. |

I myself hear saying children on streets " JAE BAJRANK BALI AND HONOO MAN".PLZ OUR culture and islamic values have been destroyed by these indian star plus plays. For god sake saver our nation and switch off cable. If we will not show the right path to our children then who else. We just missing one good leader every thing will become on track. I hope this election flushed out all known corrupt politicians. |

I agree with Brother Khalid and other brothers who commented very positively to your negative story. Never ever blame our belove country PAKISTAN whatever it is, our elders got it with great sacrifices and lot their everything for this country.
First you left Islamic country PAKISTAN with big blames, then you went to KSA and did not like to stay even the country of two HOLY MOSQUES and finally you are staying Europe, and everybody knows the lifestyle in EU.
Anyway it is upto the parents who they grow up their kids, how liberty they give to their kids and what type of societies they attend. Never blame country but to yourself. If parents fail to put their kids on right path it is not fault of country. I myself living in KSA since 25 years and my kids born and grew up in KSA. We go every year on vacation feel very relaxing in our belove PAKISTAN. My kids also enjoy there. I live in KSA but my heart lives in my beloved country PAKISTAN. When any good Govt comes there we feel very happy and naturally gets upset with bad people are ruling the country.

Hi Siddique,
Where in EU you are living to be so sure that your kids are safe from western culture? I have been living in EU for past seven years and it is my analysis that it is very challenging to safe your kids from strong attractiveness of western life style. Many govts. in EU have already banned islamic schools(for instance Holland), the divorce rate in immigrants is high as compared to Pakistani residents, and harshness from nationalists is on rise towards immigrants. Off-course there are certain things that we enjoy while living in west like safety, high standards of health care and social system but to be honest I always love my Pakistan and believe there are several benefits that we miss when we decide to stay abroad. Let's work towards improving Pakistan rather than criticizing it. If you want real satisfaction, afford the education cost of one or two children back in Pakistan and you will feel really relieved. |

Would like to add a bit on our kids and prevailing culture in our country.
He has pointed out towards a very important issue, infact the core issue.....the secular culture in which our kids are growing up in Pakistan. I sometimes ask myself.....who is there to teach them about religion and moralities.
Schools.....NO, I am keeping madrassas aside
Homes.....only few in which elders themselves practice religion,
Media.....NO
Now who is to be blamed here if future generation is corrupt, morally deteriorated and not a practicing Muslim !! |

Yes, only in Europe, Islamiyat is taught starting from KG1 and everybody is given free scholarship to have PHD in Islamiyat.

Ans:It means you never cared for the problem of star plus, Indian TV channels and you let your kids watch the indian TV, as for you it was not a problem and you were only worried about the salary, Now If you dont take care of your kids in EU the same can happen to you, or it looks you have learnt to mend your kids for the truth and better,
