Dear Brothers,
As I m not residing in Lahore, I need an honest advise from you , I have a 1 Kanal plot in good block of Phase 6 having market value of over 120 Lack, My plan is to build a house for my family and shift my parents along with them to new house say after two years or so. My confusion is that whether my parents will accept to shift with me to that house after two years as currently in my opinion that area lacks most of the normal amenities of life like markets, shops hospitals etc. Kindly guide me, Is it better to stick to my plan or sell the plot of phase 6 and buy in phase 5 to start construction?
Kindly give your opinion that after two years is it livable place or not much of a change in phase 6.
Your opinions /guidance will be added help for me to decide.

Hold the property even if you cant move in there. It is a good investment and you will get very good return the longer you hold. |

well , brother i will suggest that go for phase 5 , you can get good plot around 135 lacs . prices in phase 5 are already touching 165-170 lacs , after 2 years your plot will touch 160/170 lacs .
