At around June 2011, CMY gave a detailed post on the benefits of DHA9. Extremely wise people followed the advice.
I cannot search it but around June 2012, when DHA9 was still less than 30 lakh, again CMY and other strongly urged to buy DHA9. Wise people followed this advice. Many property dealers themselves sold their own house to invest in phase 9.
One should put action to the word. It is not good to just advise, are the advisor himself ready to take the risk. ( I wonder if brother CMY sold everything and bought DHA 9 files ??? :) ).
At 32 lakh, someone (I) mentioned that 35 lakh is next psychological barrier. Very Smart people followed the advice. It went up to 35 lakh and stayed there for many weeks.
Next barrier was announced to be 40 Lakh. Smart people again did not ask question and went ahead and invested. Thanks to this website.

DHA-9 is getting closer to its peek , there is still margin of gain but on very lower phase. Further increase will also based due to low in price and within the range of most buyer.
Exceptional rise for DHA-9 is getting over soon and from here on word it will rise with the same phase of remaining phases of DHA.
I believe NO more extra ordinary rise for DHA-9 now. Rest Allah knows better. |

Bro jl, you can say no more rise for DHA 9 file but after ballot still huge rise will flow for plots. |

I have also honor yours advice and get some profit margin. Now please clear when Ballot is expected? Is any new expected Prices after prices? Is some commercial are also announced in ballot with phase 9? |

according to my analysis it will touch 45 ~ 47 lak before balleting till end of june this year 2013 mostly espected. rest GOD Knows better
