as per LDA's new website, only 2 schemes of BAHRIA are approved. Any feedback about rest of Bahria projects?

Bahria town Sector B and C are approved by TMA Iqbal town, though surprisingly I don't see the adv declaring Sector D, E and F illegal or i am missing something? |

Why does LDA approval is necessary?
Kachi Abadi can be considered approved without consulting experts and following rules but not the most developed society of Pakistan. |
