Think twice when you invest COMMERCIAL, DHA is plying over smartly and launching more then actually require commercial to making 10 time money of land. Remember success of commercials based with population around and DHA-3 Y block is enough for whole DHA and after that all phases will take ages to succeed.

This is what i thought jk but the returns in commercials have been phenomenal.
Do you have any credible information of any new large scale commercials in DHA or you are referring to the already launched commercials, thanks. |

Jk your analysis without enough evidence is not very useful. Take for example of Phase 8 commercial CCA. You failed to take into account that its located along the ring road so my take is that this market having a big cinema, community centre, two school and two hospitals will be serving ppl from far DHA. |

You can see Commercial Broadway is is still dead investment and Phase 8 CCA 1 & !! is higher than ready place before phase 8. peoples living abroad like DHA due to secure investment. That is why DHA commercial are more expensive all time. But a man can judge its real value when they stop and see its place? who are Byers there and WHEN??????????? |

Yes, Sector C Bahria is amazing but so is DHA commercial especially in Phase 6 and 7 and so far there are very few commercial plots as compared to the size of phase 6 and 7, which are huge phases as compared to earlier ones. |
