Because its a play ground for real estate dealers . Price hike in Bahria is artificial . good for very short term investment but not recommended for long term investment . |

Well people have invested million and million of rupees in Bahria. And I have not seen any other place better than Bahria in Pakistan in terms of security calmness and cleanliness. I meet a lot of people who are happily investing in Bahria, So keep supporting bahria rather than objecting. |
