A good house would cost you around Rs 1650 / sft with tiles flooring and imported accessories. If you have enough spare time & experience then go for it by your self else give it to a reliable builder on turn key basis! |

If you are able to build your house yourself you can save 15 to 20 % on cost of construction. |
