It is noted that Block V is located in deeper area and needs lot of Fill, Please comment if my observation is correct.

Nice, phase 8 is progressing very well.

I would say it has got the best town planning with so many parks n strategically positioned commercial area.

No the southern part of V block, above W block is plain and has a smooth terrain. may be this particular part is a deep pocket, which by the way exist in all blocks.
