If you don't need this amount and ready to get develop plot after ten years for next generation then its OK, otherwise think ten time before investing phase 9-10 |

dear stranger,
If you have funds invest them before these funds get de-value and buy 10 marla in DHA-9. don't care who gives negative suggestions. If you are a regular reader of this page you must be aware of market trend. Real estate is a good investment and always may back subject to right place and there is no place like DHA Lahore and in DHA- Lahore there is nothing like DHA-9 file to invest for lower budget holders.
Longer you keep more you will have in return is guarantied. |

i am wondering if 10 Marla reach up to 40 lac in 2-3 years time,i am not considering development charges into it.
