Which DHA Phase is Better for investment...6, 7 or 8 in terms of appreciation after 1-2 years.
Please also mentioned the most lucrative Blocks.

Phase 8, coz of its location, town planning and on going development.
This is the only phase of dha where dha has done master planning of security. there are only 2 or 3 entry/exit points in each block, so in future they could have some sorta check posts to ensure higher security.
The rate of a kanal plot in phase 5, across the road is no less than 180 lacs so u could make a guess what could be its potential as both are on nearly same location. |
