Hi All,
I just need your expert opinion on 1 kanal plot in phase 7 versus 1 kanal plot in Phase 9. I have a plot in phase 7 but I have no intentions to make a house for another 6-7 years or even later. I wanted to know the following:
1. Will it be sensible to sell off phase 7 plot and buy one or two kanal in phase 9?
2. Is phase 9 location better than phase 7?
3. In the long run, (6/7 years), do you think phase 9 would be a better investment?

phase 7 has already reached about 4 Lac per Merla for Kanal Plot , 2 ys back same was less than 1/2 of it.i still have SMS of dealers when I visited Lahore in April 2011, an average plot was 36 lac. In other words you may not get much Price gain in Phase 7 but phase 9 can grow still, but will take time. If You buy a 80 Lac Plot in Phase 7 S Block and You Invest 2 Files of DHA 9, when DHA 9 will be developed and ready for possession the return will be more in DHA 9, thiugh it cant be told that when possession of DHA 9 will be. Ballot of DHA 7 was in July 2006 and in 7 years it is developed and ready for possession. |
