I Can u pls give me yours expert view that what will be price of DHA Phase 9 One kanal plot after 5 years. I am considering to buy it know for long term basis

Salam,

The minimum price of ph.9 after 5 years would be as much as of today's price of ph.1 to ph.5 i.e. 185 lac and maximum would be 250 with the relevation of Pakistan's conditions, Insha ALLAH.

@ Rana Sahib, You are absolutely right. One day all DHA 1K plots will be same and being the latest DHA-9 will be more advance and modern construction wise. Location is an other plus point of DHA-9, the one and only negative point of DHA-9 is time factor. If any one who can wait OR not in need of quick construction of home, there is nothing like DHA-9 right now.

Price wise there is no U turn in price for DHA-9. In current scenario when economically & politically is no good at all, price of DHA-9 is increasing more then any other real estate option and I believe it will keep going up in coming days.

But may be not after 5 years Possibly after 15 years when possession will be given. Also it is not the full price. Still u have to pay another 15 lac as development charges

At maximum, you can expect your investment to be double in 5 years. An on cash plot should be available in phase-9 around 90-110 depending on location. However, keeping in view the inflation history of Pakistan, you may be getting up-to 50% advantage (dollar and gold prices). I think, phase-9 will sell/buy like hot cross buns in coming years because of its upward trend in price.

I purchased this file around 4 yrs ago for only 1.6 Million including transfer charges. who and how can I get so much profit in any other investment. I am lucky that I dont need to construct any more till next 10 years. so my kids will pray for me :-) inshallah. the most Halal income and profit one can ever generate. invest brothers even now the price is very good.
