Please advise what’s the best investment for a hard earned sum of 15-20 lacs.
I have wanted to ask advice from knowledgeable people here in this forum but get intimidated since compared to what people talk about here, it’s a very small amount. Today I thought some of you probably started with a small amount and ALLAH then put barkat in it so I will go ahead and ask.

Yes brother, I think Phase 9 5marla file is under valued as compared to value for 10 marla or 1 Kanal files, reason could be more supply of 5 marla files. I think at that price it's still good buy.
Second option you have is 1 Kanal plot in NFC2. Rest you can have your own research. |
