Salam and congratulation to all Pakistanies after successful completion of Election 2013. It doesn't matter who win/loose but we can hope and pray newly elected parties will work for Pakistani people.
We also know that Phase 7 possession will be given some stage next year and location of Phase 7 is much less great than Phase 9.
Would you please comment what would be future of property of Phase 7 plots once Phase 9 balloting completed?
Can you, Mr. Kaisairani, LRE or CMY compare and comment price of Phase 7 plots?
Considering scenario that after balloting of Phase 9, there will be a long period of wait for development start, then time for possession when someone can construct? Any rough idea how long would that take that possession will be given in Phase 9 after expected ballots this year?
What would the price comparison in 2014 If I talk about average location of 1 Kanal plot in Phase 7 with possession and ready to construct in 2014 versus same average location 1 Kanal ballotted plot of Phase 9 WITHOUT development started and with no Possession????
