It's still good investment, you will get reward soon as price will go high in coming weeks.

there is some risk involved at this price but i think you should proceed to buy even at this price. We are all hopeful that ballot is due this year so even if you have to wait for couple of months for gains or if the price fluctuates, you should not worry.

@ Dear Talha, Can you find a 10 marla plot in Lahore even on poorer location and of below standard developer's. I believe answer is NO.
Then trust me it is very good buy. Every day's rates are telling the story but you wanted the recommendations.

On this forum you will find people recommending and few discouraging as well but if you are a regular reader of this page, you must know it is increasing every day therefore who is recommending buy are your sincere.

Act quick or buy for more later choice is yours

It can up to 55 lacs in 2 years time including development charges and can go up to 90/95 once fully developed and possession handed over. So you can say it's still a good buy.
