hi my question to Property Experts is i Bought 1 kanal plot phase 7 in Y block like a year ago .Mashallah there is gain of 8 lacs in my plot but if i compare the prices with phase 8 i think phase 7 has not gain that much.any special reason why phase 7 is still stuck on between 55lacs-85 lacs and its almost ready for construction. I bought phase 9 file also last year for 25lacs n that has gain almost to 42 lacs but i m thinking to sell phase 7 plot n buy phase 9 after balloting? u think thats a good idea or shud i play more waiting game with the price of phase 7? wise advice will be welcomes..JAZAKALLAH

What do you think will be the price of phase 7 once possession handed over especially in W block?

Also, what do you think will be the price of phase 9 after balloting?

Gentlemen, it is the location, phase 8 has better location, it is in front of the airport from one side and in front of phase 6 from the other side, phase 7 main blocks have seen better price increases as compared to blocks on the BRB side including Y block. In any case, prices in most of the blocks have doubled during the last two years and with expected possession end of this year or early next year, price will go up another 10 lacs or more.
