Dear all,
i want to buy 5 marla hosue in Lahore, preferably in Bahria or DHA.
Currently i have 35 Lac.. Understood that this amount is not enough. Please advise me, if any loan facility is available in Pakistan any bank, What is the procedure to get loan when a person is living abroad.
or otherwise if any house financing available in Bahria or DHA itself? What will be the markup?

How soon do you need the house? May be you buy 5 Marla file in DHA-9 and build later or buy 5 Marla house in installaments in Bahria. Do some research and inshallah you will find some options. |

BT Lahore sold 6 marla villas in sector E @ PRs. 65 lakhs to be paid in 2 years in instalments. Check with BT/LRE if such a villa is still available. If yes then pay whatever cash you have & pay the rest in instalments. |

U have 35 lakh, buy 5 marla in bahria around 20 lakh n rest u can make single story easily. Similarly in dha phase 6 buy 5 marla plot and be easy.. And make home after some time when u have money. Avoid bank |

Ahsan Sahib: Are you a qualified mufti. How can you give a fatwa whether it is Halal and Haram. Do you have any other option to get loan to build a house for your living which does not involved interest. Or you would prefer that Mr AS continues to sit on his money and wait indefinitely for more funds to complete his house. Maybe that day will not come and he will be left without a house of his own. |

Syed sahib I am not a Mufti or Aalim, but I have said what I have heard from Muftis, I just want to let everyone know here that Riba is Abandoned in Islam and and thats it, ALLAH knows my intentions and rest on the people from whom I dont want anyhting but thats for their own sake.
