I think its blind investment.You are paying 31 lac for (10 Marla) a location which is not yest been finalize.Its better to invest where physically plot is present.

location is clear .. development there since last two month day & night .. location adjoining with quad an johar block .. 31 lacs including development charges payment in 2 years . what you want further ?????????????

Approval from LDA,SecOndly invest in Sector a,b,c where there is no risk or in some other societies
