Kindly advise me about sector f 10 Marla file, @ behria town is that good investment in coming next 5 years , investment is for kids I can only see if I will be live so please guide me better thanks

Sector F BT is good either you can buy in sector E also 10M like johar or Quaid block on same price like 31Lac or less.

Currently Sector E is better than F bcoz its location is announced and there is proper map for it but the location of F is unknown.
The future of Sector F depends upon its location.
But look for these two if you are searching for installments projects,Otherwise if u ve ready cash then look for Bahria B,C and overseas A,B.

Thanks all, for instalment if I go for sector f, I think there will be much difference in 5 years, most are paying a lot of money for sector F, even for commercial plot as well, location will be after secotr e ,or close to e,after few months we can see much better, that's just I think ,once thanks for all
