Two days back, after reading the comment from Niaz Butt Sb, I called DHA Office, Eng Department to confirm the news. The staff told me that " There is no issue of development as it is already developed area and people are living there but yes there was a dispute of Grid Station which is presently under process of resolution therefore definite time line for allowing construction cannot be given. They however further told that this dispute will be resolved soon."
Though construction ban is not yet uplifted by DHA, Lahore but at least they confirmed that dispute of Grid Station is under resolution. I feel that this is a positive sign towards resolution of the issue.
