kindly tell me the idea of final rates of DHA Phase 9 allocation file 5 Marla before balloting.
I need the expertise opinion kindly consider me seriously, i know it's flying now but i need opinion.

By virtue of location of phase 9 right opposite to the developed phases of DHA, It can not have a plane comparison with price movements in last two phases before ballot. In that prospectus it must be by all means somewhere 23-25 just before ballot.So it is still best buy 5M in phase 9. |
