I am Civilian and overseas Pakistanis.. My question is, How I can buy a plot or plot without visit DHA office. I've already phase 9 file. I'll get new membership as well taxes etc. for purchase of new property??

Dear MR.Zahid,
You do have to pay membership fee, cvt, stamp duty etc every time for every new buy in dha lahore. As per DHA Law You can buy dha lhr property in your own name without travelling to Pakistan , Your any relative or even your friend will present in DHA on your behalf. The Allotment letter will be given to you only when you will visit the DHA Office Physically.All you need is to transfer the funds to pak before lock the deal.
