FYI, in Phase 5 (Blocks L & H), which are just opposite of Sui Gas 1 and these blocks are divided between Sui Gas 1 & DHA phase 5 (Blocks L & H) , they have value more than 150 Lacs per Kanal. Please if you have a time, must visit the sui gas 1 society, which is much better than phase 5 as per security and standard of living and is well maintained.
