I was going to buy a plot in Bahria. Nargis block Sector C was my choice as 10 marla plots were available in 24-25 lac.I checked this rate in late march as I went personally. Now Suddenly rates have sky rocketed and not just 3-4 lac, within 2 months the price of same plot is 37-40 lac. Can you kindly confirm this, and what is the reason for prices going nearly double in just 2 months over there? if this is not true can you kindly tell me the price of average 10 marla plot in Sector c nargis block.

As per my experience its not right time to buy in BT. Market will be back on its normal phase.So wait for that. |

It's supply and demand, there is more demand for on ground plot in Bahria because of infrastructure, facilities and roi. |

And the prices of Bahria were lacking for quite a while and now they have covered some of the gap and this is quite true in other areas as well since the hike in real estate prices is always in spikes and not smooth. |
