Dear Bahria Town experts,
I want to construct 8 M com. plaza in sec. c circle in B.Town, Lahore. Can you please let me know who is the best and honest contractor to make this plaza from a-z. with material and with labour cost. I want to meet him on coming Saturday to discuss for it. How much it will cost approx. I plan to make only 4 floors. Also advice what should I make in basement,ground floor, 1st, 2nd floor to get good rent. Thanks for your guidance.

Basement...Go for smaller shops(4 to 5 decent sized) (Expected rent Rs 7000 from each shop)
GF.........One open hall with attach bath & kitchen counter(Expected rent minimum Rs 150000)
FF.........Two halls with attach baths & kitchen counters (Expected rent Rs 30000 each minimum)
SF.........Three decent sized single bed apartments. (Expected rent Rs 15000 each minimum)
I recently completed my 5 marla commercial plaza at A side. Alhumdulillah 100% rented out. |
