Pls tell me what are the procedures to ensure while buying a property in DHA Lahore.
e.g I have done a token 1 lac for a property (house) in Ph-2 the owner is abroad and expected to come in 3/4 weeks time.
So wanted to know how one should go ahead in such a scenario.
