dear LRE team, kindly asses my plot 7/Y/4289, and also inform me about the development charges as i have just read a notice on DHA's website that plot owners have to pay no dev charges only file holders have to pay the charges. what does it mean? are we (ex parkview phase8 file holders and current plot holders in pase 7)come under this category? kindly explain the situation?

Dear Mr.Qureshi,
In current market your plot is valued around 66 to 67 Lacs.
Only in case of ex parkview files one should have to pay development charges. On the other hand in case of plot from parkview one should have clear outstanding due(If any) against plot.
