There is one Nala infront of it, and they are advertising it again after a year. Please visit yourself and see what is the status of already advertised property.It would be helfful to judge demand of that society.

Its an excellent society with very credible groups behind it (Monnoo & Izhar). development work is in progress and they are giving possessions even before their promises.
