What price should be expected in phase 7 after posession. Currently a price difference of 60 lacs is prevailing between phase 6 and 7. Will this difference continue after posession and start of constrcution. Pls. give you view

jump on 10 lacs will reduce price gap between phase 6 & 7 to 50 lacs. Question is taht is this much justifiable? especially after start of construction activity.why one would buy in 6 @135 lacs when plot would be available @ 85 in 7? |

Ammar Sb: Why one is buying in DHA5 @180 lack and plus. Actually location matters a lot in DHA and for sure development trend accordingly. In future, after development there will be less price difference between P6 and P7. In short, for investment prospect Ph:7 & 8 are the better options to avail. |
