v block phase 7,

AA,
Recently I visited V block phase 7 with a dealer.He showed me 1 kanal plot adjacent to dheer village.He insisted that village is going to be cleared in few months and the plot is cheap as compared to other blocks.Please any body knows about the fate of v block.If the village remains there then there is no question of buying plot in v block

I am not sure that when this village will be removed.one thing is sure that DHa can't afford to have this place near to golf club. Eventually it will be removed

Whoever said the village will disappear is lying and being dishonest. Village Dheera is not going anywhere for the next 10 years at least. Never buy on assumptions and rumors. Buy on ground plots only.

I fully endorse, what Mr. V-Block has to say. What proof does the dealer have to support his statement?

Dont disappoint him , as you have seen the map of Phase 7 there are plots mentioned on the village place. what would happen to that plot owners ... Village ppl are just increasing their rates

I agree with what V Block and Tanweer has said, I don't think these villages will be removed as you have many examples of village in other phases like in phase 6, farm houses and villages are still there, even Charar Pind is one example, so don't go for something which is not planned in map of Phase-7.

I would suggest go for a proper on ground location plot rather than just going for something next to village, that dealer is trying to trap you so he can make some commission.

Take advice from LRE team as they are good in giving advice, a lot of people of this forum got benefit from their advice.

Village will remain there. Agreed with Tanweer Sb and V-Block comments and advice.

No village is going anywhere. My plot is close to Pangali and LRE told me that Pangali is there to stay.
