it is around 80-82 lacs & i think all the plots o phase 7 will get a jump of 10-15 lacs in ramdan/eid

I don't think so its 80-82 lack. Plots nearby Avenue 13 (Ph:7) are about 82 lack.

Y-3073 is located on nearby Avenue 15 so it would be less.

LRE seniors experts : Mr. Salman / Hasan can give a better picture.
