Dear forum members please give your opinion about ph9 five marla file i intend to buy one but dont knw much about it please guide whether this oppo. Is worth investing or not? Where do u see it incoming months? Regards

In "DHA Town Phase 9" current value of 5 marla plot is 28-32 lacks (depends on location) and in "DHA phase 9 proper" 5 marla file is now around 15.70 lakh and add 3-4 lakh development charges more which need to be paid after balloting on installment. Please note that "DHA Town Phase 9" and "DHA Phase 9" are different. |
