yup. LDA authority is not a authority...i think they r eating money from your mouth. They r not serious regarding court issues concern as well as Allotees issues concern.Once should ignore LDA scheme always ignore LDA scheme better for every one...please know v have to wait. i hop v will get the good news as far as my sixth sense is pumping n that will be March 2014 inshALLAH...Hope for the Best...hold ur plots ...Don;t get frustrated lovely journey ahead for u n your family too. |

The plight of the LDA avenue one allottees.
Well gentleman this is the story of those people who have very little say in the Republic of the pure,yes i am talking about the government servants of Pakistan.The LDA launched a housing society by the name of Ldaavenue one in 2002.They collected money from the successful allottees in the form of installements which were regularly paid.After a while the LDA declared that many of the plots came under litigation and the cases are in the court and such plot holders cannot sell their files.Now it is 11 years since this scheme was launched and the LDA still says that the cases are in the courts and cannot do anything about it.Now the affected allottees are almost retired or on the verge of retirement and this is the time that they require their hard earned money all the more.Will Khadim-e-alah do some thing in the start of his this tenure which he could not do in his previous tenure,or leave the affected allottees to the mercy of LDA staff. |

Allah never waste the money of hardworking people and money which is earned by Hallal means. now who invested in LDA avenue, almost all the public sector employees. every Pakistani understands what is happening in govt departments. how these government employees do to perform legal minor works in illegal ways and how the bribe is encouraged.
this is just a hint to understand that How Allah's justice system works.

@Reminder is right. Halal earned money (and money earned without involving interests) will never go waste. Money earned in illegal ways always go waste if not today they tomorrow... illegal money will go waste in our lives one way or the other. Make less money but Halal... ALLAH will satisfy our hearts and needs even with less money which is Halal. |

Tariq, its good to read but LDA o where said that it is true for the whole of LDA 1. The courts know very well that they have yet to decide the litigation issue. How they could have accepted such a response?
LDA must inform the affected members the factual position of the case and the timeframe for its resolution. Else they must compensate the affected members by allotting vacant plots being auctioned now and then in other LDA Schemes. |

LDA authorities main say koi aay to chitter (joty) mar ker bhaga din. jab huqmaran awor courts awam kay sath yah sab ker rahy hoon on ka yahi ilaaj rah jata hay. lanat hay iss nizam per awor iss kisam kay insaf per. lagta hay maary hoy hain sab. kisi ko logon ki peryshani nazar nhi aati. |
