why are prices of DHA phase 9 Extension 1 Kanal increasing, when Phase 9 prices are stagnant?

The reason is very simple Mr.Ishfaq. It will be Phase 10 in future and when people will have no Files left in Phase 9 (Proper) after the Balloting, there will be only Extension files so you can say that it is a long term investment from 5-7 years.
