I am going to buy a plot located in DHA Ph 9 (Shuhada Town) which is on installemnts. Please guide me what is the legal procedure of said transection as it is already on installments. I will continue to pay remaining installments. let me know the Procedure, Cost and time.

Dear Mr.Awan,
In case of installment plot, the installment due to the date of transfer will be paid by seller. and remaining installment that will be due in future will be carry forward and will be deducted from total decided amount. Dear Brothers
Fawad Sahib is talking about "DHA Town Phase-9" which has only 5M, 8M & 10M Plots. So far there is no balloting for DHA Phase-9, therefore, no 1K / installments plots are available.
