I just want to know your expert opinions. What do you think is the future of DHA phase 7? Do you think in another 5 years it will be reasonably pricey? I am particularly interested to know about 2 kanal property!
Also, is this better to construct a house in comparison to Parkview? Is there more potential for growth in price in Parkview or in Phase 7? I am confused as Parkview is right in front of the airport but development wise, DHA phase 7 looks much better. Your thoughts please!

Location of phase-8 (parkview) is much much better then phase-7 but currently it is under-priced. In very near future it will surely out-class the rest of the area. |
