Because of new Government, there is a chance of increase in land prices and hike in land prices,as land mafia will come again into the scene. so at the moment the talk of the town is to get as much land as possible irrespective of its location. Thats what i have heard from lots of Property dealer sitting in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad

Land price allways get appriciated regarless which government comes or goes. Yes when law and oredr situationis is better, it grow even quicker. I am agreed with you that in coming days realestate price will go high and for sure well estalblished and good developer's land is always safe and better to invest. |
