There is a plot in DHA Phase-9 on the name of my brothers widow she intend to sale it in near future, please advise that if she arrange a Special Power of Attorney in my name then i can execute said Sale Transection.Looking forward your guidance in the matter.

Dear Mr.Fida,
owner has to come personally to execute said Sale transaction in dha office at the time of transfer.
