Where to invest 10-12 Lackhs ?? Long Term Investment ,,,,

I have 10-12 lackhs PKR. I want to invest in some Lahore property for long time (6-10 years).

Please suggest which society is safe and where i can get maximum return.

Pls suggest other than DHA phase 9. Thanks
